Meet the Founder

Jenkins-Rosenkrantz

Nicole Jenkins-Rosenkrantz is the founder of HEAL: Holding Equity & Alliance in Leadership. She works with leaders and organizations to build the skills, structures, and relationships needed for equity-centered, beloved community. Drawing on over 25 years of experience in system change, Nicole blends strategy, facilitation, and coaching with a deep commitment to justice-driven leadership.

Awards

2020 YWCA Spokane Women of Achievement, Carl Maxey Racial & Social Justice Award, honoring Nicole's sustained commitment to equity and social justice in the Spokane community.

While serving as Executive Director of Community Relations & Diversity Training at Spokane Public Schools, Nicole was the drafting author of the district's resolution on racial equity, unanimously passed by the school board. During this period, Spokane Public Schools was named a 2024 "District of Distinction" by the District Administration Leadership Institute, one of only six districts recognized nationally, for an initiative with major impact on student engagement, success, and educational achievement.

Community Leadership

Nicole has previously served on the boards of JustLead Washington, Canopy Credit Union, Spokane County United Way, YWCA Spokane, the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Community Center, and Teen & Kids Closet, as well as 2nd Vice President of the NAACP.
